Shop Operations Manager; 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Shop Operations Manager to join our team atour Omaha, Nebraska location. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and heavy equipment. This is a 2nd shift position, typically working the hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm (half hour lunch). Overtime opportunities may be available based on the business needs of theshop.

• Prepares work orders
• Manages asset maintenance
• Coordinates shop duties and third-party vendorrepairs
• Assists mechanics with services and repairs
• Provides training and development to mechanics
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Truck maintenance and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to perform essential functions of maintenance, service, and repairs on trucks
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
