We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As a Warehouse Associate II, you'll make an impact by:

Conducting weekly inventory cycle counts and preparing and maintaining reconciliations and adjustments.
Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation; verifying and posting inbound/outbound transfers daily.
Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA inspections, and discrepancy reporting.
Performing quality inspections on 3rd party product received at 3PL.
Coordinating and tracking product left on hold during receiving process, through the NCP process, Quality Assurance team release or disposing of product.
Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor, and reconciling product pull sheets with production.

What you need to succeed:

High school diploma, or equivalent.
Five years of warehouse/manufacturing experience with inventory movement.
To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
