Night Warehouse Supervisor
The Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment process to ensure we are properly filling orders for customer accounts and that all items ordered are received.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist overseeing warehouse operations in receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
- Assist route planning and system entry with the Delivery Manager.
- Coordinate and enforce operational/personnel policies and procedures.
- Practice controls of inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.
- Assist managing the physical condition of the warehouse through regular cleaning and implementing planned design layouts.
- Inspect equipment, issue work orders for repair, and requisition replacement parts.
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Manage warehouse staff by assisting with recruitment, selection, orientation, and training.
- Coach staff on job performance through positive counseling.
- Administer discipline to employees, and plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
- Maintain and approve payroll and timecards.
Standard hours for this role are Monday–Thursday 1pm – midnight+ (business needs) and Friday 10am – 3pm+ (business needs). The position requires a high level of presence on the warehouse floor (approximately 80%) and flexibility with scheduling.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of previous management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous Warehouse Management System experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
- Must be flexible to work multiple shifts.
Annual salary: $60-70k, depending on experience.
