Position Summary

The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to be responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup. Duties & Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety compliance on company policy, preparing orders by processing requests: pulling accurate materials and placing them in appropriate areas for customer pick up or delivery; loading and unloading trucks as necessary; maintaining inventory controls through minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy;

organizing the warehouse and managing bin locations; establishing, maintaining and promoting high standards of customer service; lifting up to 50 lbs., walking or standing for most of the shift, and wearing protective gear and steel‑toed boots; ensuring that equipment is maintained to company operating standards; operating a forklift.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred. 1‑3 years of experience or more is preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Lift 50 lbs.
  • Wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
  • Frequent movement inside the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse machinery.
  • Communicate with team and management; exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Constantly work in a warehouse environment.
