Forklift Operator - $19-21/hr

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, support shipping and receiving operations, and maintain accurate inventory records. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize warehouse materials
• Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory
• Enter and update inventory data using Microsoft Excel and Teams
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including staging and verifying shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Safely lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts (stand-up experience preferred)
• Familiarity with material handling and inventory processes
• Experience using RF scanners
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature changes. You’ll work closely with a small team in a hands‑on setting that requires frequent movement, equipment operation, and lifting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
