The warehouse associate helps with tasks around the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment.

• Check in of parcels and freight, including scanning paperwork to receivers.
• Hands‑on inspection of every item.
• Quarantine of damaged and discrepancy items for Inventory Control.
• Remove all previous shipping labels.
• Put away of received items.
• Cross‑dock items with tickets to shipping.
• Repackage/secure back to stock items per direction of inventory control.
• Move/re‑locate items as necessary in inventory system to maintain accuracy.
• Pick and package orders according to instructions.
• Re‑stock and re‑order supplies for receiving area.
• Daily emptying of garbage and cardboard; general clean‑up and sweeping.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary; assemble orders and load or unload freight.
• Follow all safety regulations, including wearing proper safety equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License preferred).
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts.
• Basic welding and mechanical ability.
• Good communication, listening, organizational, time‑management, and mathematical skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Inventory, data entry, and computer skills required.
• Ability to bend and lift heavy objects (10–25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Demonstrated commitment to safe‑work practices.

Regularly uses hands to finger, handle or feel product, reach with hands and arms sometimes over the head, communicate verbally, and listen effectively. Regularly lifts and/or moves objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally lifts or moves objects weighing more than 100 lbs. Requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; occasionally sits. Vision needs: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.

Professional warehouse environment with exposure to outside weather conditions. Standard warehouse equipment used daily. Noise level usually moderate.
