Warehouse Lead Attendant

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Warehouse Lead Attendant position.

Location:

Company Kitchen – 3200 South 60th Street, Omaha, NE 68106. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Full‑time schedule. Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary. Details upon interview.

Works with warehouse associates to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, performance and accuracy standards. Maintains and verifies documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the distribution center. Performance directly impacts overall safety, cost and service metrics.

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members.
• Partner with the team to execute picking, coordination, loading, and stock rotation.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
• Ensure warehouse sanitation, safety protocols, and proper handling of perishable and refrigerated items.
• Execute other duties as assigned, following Warehouse Supervisor guidance.
• Verify correct counts of items received and document discrepancies or damages.
• Issue and deliver items to the proper destination and obtain signatures to document delivery/receipt.
• Maintain proper storage of inventory merchandise to avoid spills or spoilage; rotate stock according to schedule.
• Maintain a safe work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Manage and maintain stock control; plan future needs, adjust par levels, review stock orders, control dead stock, and schedule dock deliveries.

• Previous leadership experience required.

Pay range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
