Job Description
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
CoWorx is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our growing team in the Omaha, NE area. In this role, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment, supporting receiving operations, and ensuring products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, weekdays and weekends.
- Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to safely move, stack, load, and unload products and materials
- Use handheld RF scanners with a high degree of accuracy for inventory tracking and order processing
- Load and unload trailers as needed
- Perform inbound receiving processes and verify incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Follow company policies, procedures, and Supply Chain quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet daily productivity goals
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 75 lbs.
- Lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Use hands and fingers to handle tools, equipment, and materials
- Work in hot and cold warehouse environments
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
- Minimum 6 months of reach truck experience
- Forklift certification or training in the safe operation of powered industrial equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
