Warehouse Associate – FBM (Full‑time)

As a Warehouse Associate, you will keep operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and safely loading materials with precision and pride. The role is fast‑paced, hands‑on and offers career growth in a customer‑first environment.

• Provide customer service to visitors entering the warehouse.
• Apply product knowledge for accurate identification, weight, and size.
• Receive, organize, and move incoming materials; load outgoing materials.
• Allocate material to correct locations and maintain an orderly warehouse.
• Prepare packing specifications and create suitable skids/pallets.
• Support monthly/annual physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all OSHA safety protocols.
• Use proper lifting techniques and wear appropriate PPE.
• Participate in required training programs.
• Occasionally operate forklifts and other equipment.
• Carry, push, pull or lift up to 100 lbs using proper technique.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• Strong preference for building supply warehouse experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training/experience.

Base salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, DOE.
Job type: Full‑time.
