Receiving Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Receiving Associate
. We want you to help build America by supporting large construction projects across North America. This role involves handling incoming shipments, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

• Receive, count, and store items.
• Record receiving data using company software.
• Pack, unpack, and mark stock items accurately.
• Identify incorrect or short shipped items and notify supervisor.
• Communicate with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Work closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow deliveries.
• File purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically 0 to 2 years of experience required.

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Experience with small package and LTL shipping.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
