Our Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment process to ensure that we are properly filling orders for customers' accounts and that all items ordered are received. The ideal leader will have a focus on Employee Retention and Development, Safety, and be Customer Driven.

This position is very hands on, and the expectation is to have a high level of presence out on the Warehouse Floor (80%) and must enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and does require flexibility with scheduling. The standard hours for this role are Mon‑Thurs 1pm – Midnight+ (business needs) Friday 10am – 3pm+ (business needs).

• Assist overseeing operation of warehouse duties in receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Assist route planning and system entry with Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate and enforce programs, operational/personnel policies, and procedures.
• Practice controls of inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Assist managing physical condition of warehouse through regular cleaning and helping implement planned new design layouts.
• Inspect equipment; issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Manage warehouse staff by assisting recruitment process, including selection, orientation, and training.
• Coach warehouse staff job results through positive counseling. Ability to administer discipline to employees, as well as plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
• Payroll/Timecard maintenance and approval.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of previous management experience in Warehouse/Distribution environment.
• Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous WMS experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Must be flexible to work multiple shifts.

$60-70k annual salary, DOE.
