Warehouse General

NCW is hiring a Warehouse General associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you'll handle receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory and clean, safe work areas. You'll operate basic warehouse equipment, follow written work orders, and meet productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, pick, pack, and stage materials and products
• Follow work orders, shipping documents, and inventory procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as trained and authorized
• Follow safety policies, housekeeping standards, and PPE requirements
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues to supervisors
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and labeling tasks
