$21.00/hour Temp-to-Hire

This position is ideal for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual with some warehouse experience who is looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing and distribution environment. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities while working closely with the Warehouse Lead and other members of the team. This position provides an opportunity to build on existing warehouse experience, develop additional skills, and grow into a long-term career.

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Pay
: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

• Accurately and efficiently process outgoing packages according to customer and shipping requirements
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, checking quantities and identifying defective materials or discrepancies
• Prepare and organize pallets for shipment
• Perform cycle counts and monthly physical inventory counts
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack
• Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse and production paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Communicate effectively with other departments, carriers, and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all established company safety policies and procedures
• Assist the Warehouse Lead with other warehouse activities and projects as needed

• Steel-toe shoes required
• Jeans and t-shirt acceptable
• Must be presentable
• No holes, tears, or ripped clothing

• Previous warehouse/S&R experience
• Forklift and Hazmat training/certification preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to successfully complete a basic math aptitude test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proven work history with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical required
