Senior Office Assistant

Overview

Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant. If you are proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

• Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
• Point of contact for patient feedback, writing reports, and directing them to correct department and/or person.
• Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing complex inquiries and coordinating services for internal and external customers.
• Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
• Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

• High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or coursework
• Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong computer and technology skills, Epic experience is a plus

• Hours:
  
  40 per week
• Starting wage of $18.63 + more with experience
• Shift: Monday - Friday 8-hour day shifts, no weekends or major holidays
• Typical hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, may vary slightly based on department needs
• Location:
  
  Onalaska; on-site is required with occasional travel to La Crosse for meetings

This position will support our Primary Care Leadership with the ambulatory setting.
