Executive & Operations Support

Provide high-level executive and operational support to the President of Schools.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prepare supporting materials.
  • Track priorities, organize follow-through, and help ensure projects and initiatives continue moving forward.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize presentations, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and strategic documents.
  • Support operational reporting, dashboard maintenance, and organization of key business metrics.
  • Assist with special projects, events, trainings, and cross-company initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, project coordination, business administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management systems such as , Asana, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
