Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst II to support and improve our benefits programs for thousands of coworkers. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and improving processes, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You will manage benefits enrollment systems, analyze data trends, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and benefit vendors to resolve issues and improve processes. A 4–6 year background in benefits administration and strong Excel skills are essential.
