Position OverviewAs a Commercial Roofing Technical Superintendent, you will lead crews on flat and low‑slope commercial roofing projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every jobsite.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead commercial roofing crews on active job sites
- Oversee flat roofing installations and ensure quality workmanship
- Enforce safety standards, fall protection, and jobsite protocols
- Coordinate daily work plans and timelines
- Communicate effectively with project leadership and crew members
- Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and safety
This is a hands‑on leadership role for professionals who take pride in their craft and their team.
Qualifications- 3+ years of commercial roofing experience (flat roofing preferred)
- Prior experience leading or supervising crews
- Strong commitment to safety and workmanship
- Ability to problem‑solve and lead by example
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive pay starting around $34/hour (based on experience)
