As a Commercial Roofing Technical Superintendent, you will lead crews on flat and low‑slope commercial roofing projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every jobsite.

• Supervise and lead commercial roofing crews on active job sites
• Oversee flat roofing installations and ensure quality workmanship
• Enforce safety standards, fall protection, and jobsite protocols
• Coordinate daily work plans and timelines
• Communicate effectively with project leadership and crew members
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and safety

This is a hands‑on leadership role for professionals who take pride in their craft and their team.

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience (flat roofing preferred)
• Prior experience leading or supervising crews
• Strong commitment to safety and workmanship
• Ability to problem‑solve and lead by example
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
