Customer Service Rep / Sales Admin

Location:

La Crosse, WI area (must be local)

With 35 years of experience, a strong distribution network, and multiple locations, they serve a diverse client base with innovative health and wellness ingredients. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a dynamic team, supporting operations and helping sustain the company’s growth momentum.

  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000
  • Bonus Package: 10% bonus (5% based on company performance, 5% on individual performance)
  • PTO and Holiday Pay
  • 401K
Key Responsibilities and Goals
  • Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide product information, process orders, and schedule shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and transactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client needs and streamline order processing.
  • Review inventory levels, check material availability, and place purchase orders when necessary.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, supporting continued customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support team efforts to grow the business through proactive communication and problem resolution.
Competencies Needed For Success
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems efficiently
  • A personable, bubbly demeanor with a customer-first attitude
