• Handle external and internal phone calls for various departments while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Utilize software tools to screen calls and determine the best outcomes for callers
• Administer and activate pager and on‑call schedules, including managing emergent events
• Perform documentation and clerical duties as required during call flows
• Maintain empathy and calmness in high‑pressure situations

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with telecommunications systems and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
