Elementary School Principal - Eagle Bluff

Overview

The School District of Onalaska is accepting applications for Principal at Eagle Bluff Elementary to start July 1, 2026. This position reports to the Superintendent and is a member of the district leadership team.

Please complete the online cover letter addressed to Mr. Ben Barton, Superintendent, and attach a resume, transcripts, and a minimum of two letters of recommendation. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and the position will be posted until March 1. In-person interviews are scheduled for the week of March 16.

• Lead Eagle Bluff Elementary as Principal (start July 1, 2026);
• Report to the Superintendent and be a member of the district leadership team;
• Oversee activities related to the principalship as described in the posted job description;
• Collaborate with district leadership on strategic priorities, operations, and school improvement.

• Must have (or be eligible for) a valid Wisconsin Principal License.
• Prior teaching experience required; administrative experience desirable.
• Must have working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s).
• Such qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate.
