Loan Servicing Specialist

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to support our Finance department within the Banking, Insurance & Investment industry. In this member-focused role, you will service consumer and mortgage loans, process payments, manage escrow, research and resolve account issues, and ensure strict compliance with lending regulations and internal policies. You will collaborate closely with lending, member service, and finance teams to maintain accurate records and support delinquency management.
