The Chiropractic Assistant plays an important role in supporting our Chiropractic team and ensuring patients have a smooth, positive experience. Working under the direct supervision of a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, this position helps prepare patients for treatment, assists with delegated care tasks, and keeps the department running efficiently. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• FTE: .8 (32 hours weekly)
• Schedule:
  Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM-4 PM
• Department:
  Physical Medicine and Rehab
• Location:
  La Crosse, WI with occasional travel to Onalaska

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by supporting patients throughout their visit and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment
• Assist with patient care tasks, mobility, and treatment setup under the direction of a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine
• Prepare treatment areas, clean equipment, and maintain departmental supplies and inventory
• Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with patient transport within the medical complex using appropriate safety precautions
• Perform office and administrative duties

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Completion of a chiropractic tech course with a WI Chiropractic Technician certification
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross, hands-on required)
• Prior experience supporting a chiropractor or working in a medical setting is a plus!
