Join Emplify Health by Gundersen and help patients heal, rejuvenate, and restore confidence through advanced medical skin care treatments. As a Medical Skin Care Technician, you will work independently with limited oversight from a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon, providing specialized care for patients with skin conditions, trauma, and aging concerns.
What's Available:
* Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)
* 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Onalaska, WI
* Department:

What do you need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Wisconsin Aesthetician License (AESTH) or Cosmetology License (COSMETOLOG) required
* Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands-on learning) from AHA or Red Cross required
* 3-4 years of experience providing aesthetician services
* Strong customer service and communication skills is a plus!
What you will do:
* Provide LOVE + MEDICINE through advanced skin care treatments such as microneedling/PRP, chemical peels, Hydra Facial, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion.
* Educate patients on proper skin care techniques, sun precautions, and pre/post-treatment instructions.
* Perform consultations and skin analysis, recommending treatment plans and home care regimens.
* Maintain competency through ongoing education and vendor training.
* Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.
* Document patient care accurately in EMR systems and maintain HIPAA compliance.
