Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated staff pharmacist to join our retail pharmacist team working at our La Crosse area pharmacies along with occasional shifts in Tomah and Prairie du Chien. - Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE pharmaceutical care, primarily at our LaCrosse area pharmacies with occasional coverage in Tomah and Prairie du Chien
- Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, patient wellness and disease prevention
- Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions
- Provide information and guidance to customers regarding over‑the‑counter medications and health‑related products

- PharmD or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Immunization certification (ex. APhA, PSW)
- Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
