Behavioral Health Therapist - Adult Outpatient, Onalaska

Overview

Emplify Health (Gundersen Region) is seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join the Behavioral Health Department at the Onalaska Clinic. The position offers opportunities to provide general outpatient psychotherapy via individual, group, and family modalities, using evidence‑based approaches to treat a wide range of presenting problems. The therapist will work with referrals from physicians, integrated care, and self‑referrals, and may participate in collaboration groups and ongoing training.

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to patients using evidence‑based practices.
• Perform outreach services as required within the multi‑state region.
• Teach and mentor students, residents, fellows, and other clinical staff in line with the Medical Education philosophy.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care providers across the hospital system.

• Holder of a valid license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in any state of our multi‑state region, with no restrictions.
• Completed an accredited therapy program.
• Experience in outpatient psychotherapy with individuals, groups, and families.
• Ability to work under the direct supervision of a physician.
