- Midnight, Monday through Thursday

What You ll Do
As an Adult Family Home (AFH) Caregiver
, your role will be hands-on and incredibly rewarding! You ll be there to:
- Empower Residents:
Help residents develop skills in independent living, personal care, and community integration. - Be a Positive Role Model:
Teach essential life skills such as cooking, socializing, and problem-solving, all while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere. - Participate in Fun
Activities:
Go on exciting community outings, cook meals together, and make sure everyone is engaged and having a good time! - Provide Compassionate Care:
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and meal assistance. - Use Your Crisis Management
Skills:
Apply the techniques you learn in training to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
What We re Looking For
If you re compassionate, patient, and ready to make a real difference, you might be just the person we re looking for! Here s what will make you a great fit:
- No Experience? No Problem! Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we will train the right candidate-you just need a positive attitude and a passion for helping others!
- A Valid Driver s License
- You ll be transporting residents to activities and outings.
