What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong hands-on background with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or operational environment (REQUIRED)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, backups, and disaster recovery
- Ability to lead a small IT team while remaining technically involved
- Comfortable working on-site and partnering closely with operations and business leaders
This is a hands-on IT leadership role overseeing day-to-day IT operations and the overall technology direction for a manufacturing-focused organization. The IT Manager will own core systems, guide infrastructure and security efforts, and ensure technology reliably supports the business.
What you’ll do:- Lead, coach, and set priorities for the IT team
- Own ERP, infrastructure, and end-user environments
- Manage virtualization, servers, backups, and system reliability
- Drive cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives
- Partner with operations and leadership to support manufacturing needs
- Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware
- Citrix VDI and endpoint computing
- Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam)
- Manufacturing systems and labeling platforms
