Salary: $19.00 - $27.00/hr*

Full time – shifts may vary.

The candidate will support daily operations in a fast‑moving retail environment, ensuring safety, inventory integrity, and exceptional member service.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company standards and guidelines.
• Receive, organize, and move merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, maintaining inventory flow and documentation.
• Provide member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and assisting with self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, and issue resolution.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and properly handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain sales floor presentation, correctly zone areas, stock, rotate merchandise, and remove damaged or out‑of‑date goods.
• Assist with and audit club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are staged according to company policy and within acceptable time frames.
• Track inventory, control shrinkage, and use inventory tools to keep stock levels accurate.
• Report poor or unsafe forklift conditions and other inventory or safety concerns to management.
• Offer technology assistance and support, including troubleshooting and educating members on technology services.
• Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
