Schedule:
Part-time | 0.6 FTE (48 hours/pay period) Shift: 8-hour day shift between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call)

Position OverviewAs a Bariatric & Obesity Medicine RN, you’ll guide patients through both surgical and non-surgical weight management journeys, serving as a key clinical resource and advocate.
You’ll play a central role in patient education, care coordination, and ongoing support—helping individuals achieve sustainable, life-changing health outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Guide patients through bariatric and obesity medicine care pathways
- Provide comprehensive education to patients and families
- Conduct nurse-only visits and follow-up care
- Manage phone triage and MyChart in-basket messaging
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team across departments
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for this patient population
- Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate degree in nursing (or higher)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
- Obtain Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN) when eligible
- Preferred: 1+ year of RN experience
