• Current CNA license in the state of Wisconsin or Minnesota.
• Previous employment with the facility or previous applications to the facility are not allowed.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Participate in patient care planning and contribute to team communication.
