Job Overview

Job Type: Per Required Need;

Work Location:

Market - SS - WI - La Crosse.

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. In this role you’ll execute in‑store tasks including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly (within 24hours) to field services management communication.
  • Keep availability updated and accurate.
  • Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person installations, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Contribute to the team’s success by assisting other members as needed.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate and complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48hours of receipt.
  • Follow all directives and execute tasks fully and completely.
  • Work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, communicate and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies.
Qualifications

Age / Eligibility:
Must be 18or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Availability:
Flexible Monday through Friday, weekend and holiday availability as needed, early‑morning and late‑night availability as required, and maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Physical Abilities:
Climb up to 10ft ladders, safely lift and carry up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead.

Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.

Communication:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking in/out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.

Education:

High‑school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Experience:

Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.

Technology:
Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data, and navigate communication platforms independently.

Training:
Must complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated time frame.

Transportation:
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, willingness and ability to travel up to 90miles per assignment/shift/daily.

Leadership & Communication:
Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment, problem‑solving effectiveness, autonomy, time management, and reporting skills.
