Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15–$28 per hour.

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives; premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight efficiently.
• Lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required.
