Shift: Days 8-4:30 pm, includes 1 weekend day. 18+ preferred.

Maintains stock levels in the produce department by replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.

Produce Associates provide a high standard of care to quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables to ensure they are fresh & delicious for the families within our communities.

• Provides customer service to guests:
  Assist guests with finding items, take orders, answer telephone, address concerns, and if needed bring to manager.
• Stocking and maintaining product levels:
  Fill display items, rotate with FIFO, follow display standards, keep floor clean, maintain produce supplies.
• Log Sheets:
  Take temperatures regularly, fill rotation sheets daily, record shrink.
• Maintain Produce Cooler:
  Rotate items FIFO, keep cooler clean and organized.
• Product Order:
  Responsible for ordering some product (dips, spices, herbs, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned, including regular attendance and adequate notice of absence.

• Ability to deal tactfully with customers and personnel.
• Good oral and written communication, handle diverse crew in stressful environment.
• Complete understanding of safety requirements and company policies.
• Apply safety training to recognize hazards; knowledge of slicers, lifting techniques, trash compactor, baler.
• Knowledge of retail food business, perishable operations, merchandising, and timely decision making.

• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Full range of upper body motion.
