Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. • Represent Mondelez in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’ guidelines.
• Ensure the sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

• At least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  role services a military base facility where a valid REAL , U.S. passport, or federal  required to access.
• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license with insurance and can drive a personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lb, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lb.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (La Crosse, WI) or 25 miles of the secondary location (Onalaska, WI).
• Schedule availability required:
  Sunday and Friday early shift (start time 6:00 AM–8:00 AM).

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.

• Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
