Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

It’s hard work, but our bakery team finds it rewarding, especially since they’re a part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

• Be a Multi-Tasker:
  Juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
  Maintain a positive attitude, greet, smile, thank members, and answer questions.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep work area neat, member-ready, and store products properly.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicate with team members; and adapt to business needs, including working in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs; operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies; maintain and sanitize equipment; ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence; maintain work area; enforce quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the department and club; model high-quality service; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity.
• Complete assignments using data and resources; collaborate; set priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvements; learn from feedback.

Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums.
