Retail Sales Associate

Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of one of the largest off‑price retail chains in the nation. You'll provide world‑class service, greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat and organized, and support the store’s day‑to‑day operations. Associates may work in any or all departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise
• Helping with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Competitive wage, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Full‑time associates may be eligible for up to 12 days of paid time off annually, up to 8 paid holidays, paid sick time in accordance with applicable law, and a 401(k) plan. Burlington also offers medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
