Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed;
Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manage cold chain and inventory; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment;
Leverage handheld digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use technology for production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with members;
Drive area performance through stocking and rotating merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions and queries; resolve member issues;
Act as a brand ambassador; foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment; assist training and development of colleagues.
