Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their needs, and providing solutions for exterior remodeling projects. If you are confident, personable, and hungry to earn, this is a great opportunity with uncapped income potential.

• Meet with pre-qualified leads at customers’ homes
• Inspect properties and identify project needs (siding, windows, roofing, etc.)
• Present product options and educate homeowners on solutions
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job handoff

• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting exteriors (when needed)
