• Engage effectively with customers to identify areas of concern.
• Conduct thorough leak diagnostics on roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, and gutters.
• Document and photograph areas of concern accurately.
• Prepare estimates for necessary repairs and review them with customers for approval.
• Execute repairs safely and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up with customers.

• Communicate with customers in advance to review the scope of work and schedule.
• Review work order instructions and gather all necessary materials in advance.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently, with thorough documentation and customer follow-up.

• Maintain professionalism in communication and conduct with customers and colleagues.
• Document all work performed and enter relevant information into our CRM system.
• Keep work spaces and vehicles clean and well-equipped.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Actively participate in product, skills, and self-development trainings as assigned.

• Proficiency in general carpentry skills.
• Preferred experience in roofing & siding installation.
• Experience hauling trailers is a plus.
• Availability to work 40-45 hours per week.
• Commitment to delivering quality work with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Enjoyment of outdoor work environments.
