Ready to start your new career? North West Shipping Inc. is seeking dedicated, motivated, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time Fed Ex Delivery Drivers in Onalaska, WI/Lacrosse, WI

What You’ll Do- Safely operate a delivery vehicle on town and rural routes
- Deliver and pick up packages from residences and businesses
- Follow route schedules using navigation systems and written instructions
- Prioritize safety, efficiency, and top‑notch customer service
- Lift and transport packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely, up to 150 lbs. with equipment)
- In‑Town Routes: 110–160 stops per day
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance per Fed Ex dress code
- Communicate effectively with your manager and team
- Be punctual and reliable every day
- Work in all weather conditions
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Fed Ex background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely; 150 lbs. with a hand truck)
- Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, Uber, or Lyft is a plus, but not required
