Position: 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate - Beer Picker
The Warehouse Associate – Beer Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and building customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position ensures product accuracy, maintains warehouse organization, follows safety standards, and supports overall operational efficiency to meet customer delivery timelines.
Schedule
Start time: 4:00 pm – Done, 10 hr shifts
Key Responsibilities Efficiently and quickly pick customer orders for next day deliveryLocate products using voice pick technologyBuild pallets from orders and position the products on the pallet in an organized and functional mannerEnsure that the correct number and type of product are on the correct pallet orderMark appropriate pallets with identifying information using appropriate labelsOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) requiredMust obtain sufficient knowledge of company products to answer routine inquiries;
Must obtain knowledge of supplier policies especially freshness standards and product markingsExperience with forklifts is preferred; ability to obtain company forklift and equipment certifications is requiredPossess an analytical and mechanical aptitudeGood decision-making and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailStrong organization skillsPossess good visual acuity at various distances with dimensional depth perception and color distinctionAbility to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivatedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment safelyAbility to communicate clearly, calmly, and comprehend verbal and/or written communicationsAbility to communicate with employees, supervisors, managers and customers in a respectful mannerAbility to learn and operate all the necessary equipment safelyAbility to operate a computer, hand‑held computer, voice picking commands, and scannerAbility to interrupt invoicesSafety and Equipment
Steel-Toed/ANSI Standard Shoes are requiredCompany paid uniform is required to be worn at all timesQualifications
