Forklift Operator, Material Handler
2nd Shift Forklift Operator
Work Location:
Onalaska, WI - Building B
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 5:00pm - 3:30am
Compensation: $23.85 – $27.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Bonus:
Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

- Operate gas and/or electric forklifts to move and stage materials
- Deliver materials to the production floor to support daily operations
- Sort, weigh, and organize materials in the warehouse
- Use a computer to enter data and complete inventory/production reports
- Perform basic forklift maintenance and support warehouse cleanliness
- Assist production team members as needed throughout the shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience and prior forklift operation required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely throughout the shift
- 2+ years of forklift experience
- Strong safety awareness and focus on quality
- Familiarity with warehouse systems and light maintenance tasks
- Active, fast-paced warehouse and production environment
- Regular lifting/moving of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and working around moving equipment
- Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
