Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and treatment to residents.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, including physicians and nursing staff.
- Monitor and document changes in resident conditions, communicating effectively with healthcare providers.
- Order medications and supplies, assist with wound care, and maintain cleanliness in resident areas.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with policies regarding patient care and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
- Compliance with policies regarding controlled substances is mandatory.
