Certified Nursing Assistant – Nursing

Schedule:

Days 6am - 2pm, Every Other Weekend, Holidays per Unit Needs

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• New York Certified Nursing Assistant (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in caregiving

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' health status and care provided.
• Create and maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Recognize signs and symptoms of illness in residents and report them promptly.
• Communicate effectively with registered nurses regarding residents' conditions and any concerns.
