Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care close to home. Oneida Health is a community hospital in process of rebuilding its anesthesia team. There are 8,000 cases annually consisting of Endo, General, Ortho ENT, L&D and other specialties.

Case Assignments:

Main OR cases include general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, endo and OB. OB experience is required.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm and 7am to 5pm. Opportunity to take weekday & weekend beeper call for additional pay!

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Pre-anesthesia assessment

Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition

Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements:

Current license as a registered professional nurse

Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education

Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Total Rewards:

Salary: $290K annually
