Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule:

Nights 7 PM - 7 AM, Every Other Weekend, Holidays as per Unit Needs

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Unencumbered New York RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• 2 years of Med-Surg experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care while identifying and addressing patient needs.
• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing personnel, including LPNs and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure a clean and healthy environment for both patients and staff, adhering to quality standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Stay calm and professional in crisis situations, providing appropriate support and assistance.

Compliance / Notes:

Must wear an N-95 respirator mask as required.
