Job Description Title - Central Office Executive Assistant
Reports To:
Department Coordinator / Superintendent

Job Goal:
To provide a variety of clerical tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the office/department.
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to learn and proficiently use various technology platforms (specifically all Power School products).
- A basic understanding of the departmental software is preferred (including Microsoft Access).
- The employee is regularly required to speak, listen, walk, stand, sit, use hands for fine manipulation, handle or feel, and reach with hands.
- The employee may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, ability to focus, and peripheral vision.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must be able to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems by analyzing several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to multi‑task and to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical strength, mobility, dexterity, stamina, and acuity to perform job responsibilities.
