Overview
World Finance, a recognized Top Workplace, is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey.
Hourly Pay$15 - $17 per hour.
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications, and take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily and complete the daily branch bank deposit, transporting money as needed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill other responsibilities.

- Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs.; may exert up to 30 lbs. of force (e.g., opening file drawers).
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent interaction with customers and coworkers; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
