Make a meaningful difference supporting young learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working in a vibrant elementary school environment! This onsite opportunity offers a chance to work hands-on with students from PreK through 4th grade, providing essential services while covering a 12-week maternity leave. Qualifications & Background Sought:

• Active and unrestricted SLP State License
• Current Educator Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience as an SLP in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes, goal-setting, progress monitoring, and best practices for elementary populations
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students (PreK4th)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input
• Consult with teachers and family members to support student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Flexibility to adapt to potential schedule or assignment changes

This is a full-time, in-person contract beginning in early January and running through the end of March, with flexibility to consider part-time applicants who are the right fit.
