Supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage all night shift fabrication shop operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met

* Coordinate daily production schedules and prioritize workflow to meet project deadlines and customer expectations

* Operate, oversee, and provide support with brake presses, plasma tables, CNC machinery, and other fabrication equipment as needed

* Lead, train, mentor, and support fabrication shop personnel while fostering accountability and teamwork across the shift

* Monitor production output and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company quality control standards and specifications

* Troubleshoot and resolve production, equipment, and workflow issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment while ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and procedures

* Track material usage, labor productivity, and operational performance to maximize efficiency and reduce waste

* Communicate effectively with management and day shift personnel to ensure smooth transition between shifts and continuity of operations

* Assist with process improvements and implementation of best practices to enhance overall shop performance

Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing shop environment required

* Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

* Hands-on experience operating brake presses, CNC equipment, plasma tables, and other fabrication machinery

* Strong understanding of fabrication processes, shop workflow, and production scheduling

* Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications

* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

* Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

* Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced production environment
